Observation: 60 watt equivalent bulb in walk in cooler replaced the original 40 watt incadescent. Lighting intensity still not sufficient.
Corrective Action(s): As per my previous inspection report, increase light intensity by installing a minimum 75 watt equivalent LED bulb. This light intensity will allow the floor to be better illuminated in order to allow proper cleaning.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] (Saran wrap unit requires cleaning due to old food product build up. Do not use unit until it has been properly cleaned and sanitized. (Unit dissambled and currently soaking at time of inspection)
Knives observed on magnetic knife holding unit not properly cleaned (Knives removed and are currently being warewashed at time of inspection).
Knife rack itself not properly cleaned as food debris affixed (Knife rack removed and discarded)
Top back side of both sandwich coolers require cleaning due to old food product build up.)
