Overall sanitation satisfactory; permit onsite Hand washing station stocked with liquid soap and paper towel Hot and cold water available. 2 compartment sink available for manual ware washing. Coolers 4 C or lower Freezers at -18 C or lower Hot dog machine at 46 C, dial was set to low. Ensure it is certifying high to keep them at 60 C or higher, high setting increased temp to 71 C in minutes. Bleach sanitizer onsite and in use; 200 ppm chlorine residual detected. No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection.
