Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Coffee steaming attachment is not sanitized after each use.
Corrective Action(s): Coffee steaming attachment must be sanitized after each use to prevent potential cross contamination. Bleach at 200ppm was prepared at the time of inspection. To prepare 100ppm to 200ppm bleach, add 1/2 teaspoon of bleach per litre of water.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Newspaper was stored on top of the dough mixer.
Corrective Action(s): Discontinue the practice of storing non-food items on top of the dough mixer to prevent potential contamination of foods. Newspaper was moved at the time of inspection.

Observation: Rodent droppings were found throughout the facility. Facility is currently serviced by professional pest control services on a monthly basis.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all rodent droppings and sanitize affected areas with a 1:10 bleach solution. Monitor for continued activity and contact professional pest control operator as needed. To prevent infestation ensure all potential entry points are sealed, store foods off the ground and in pest-proof containers, maintain the facility is a clean and sanitary condition, remove all standing water, and remove garbage from the facility on a nightly basis.

Observation: Shatter shield is missing over the display coolers.
Corrective Action(s): Replace shatter shield or obtain shatter sleeves for the light fixtures to protect light fixtures from breakage.

Observation: Front handwash station pipe is leaking water into a pail and back handwash station paper towel dispenser requires repairs.
Corrective Action(s): Service the drain for the front handwash station and ensure all equipment is in good working order. Repair the paper towel dispenser and ensure the paper towels at within reach of the handwashing station.

-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 74C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).

-Washroom handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
