Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observation:
1) Food products were observed to be stored on the ground.
2) A bin of cheese was observed to be covered with a garbage bag.
Corrective Action(s): Corrective Action:
1) Ensure all food p;roducts are stored 6-inches above the ground.
2) Remove the garbage bag & ensure to maintain all food products in food grade container / plastics.

Observation: Observation: During inspection a leak was observed at the hand washing station near the 3-compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): Corrective Action: Repair the leaking hand washing station to ensure the facilitiy's equipment is in good working order.

Comments

- Hand washing stations were equipped with paper towel, liquid soap, hot / cold water
- Washrooms were equipped with hot / cold water, paper towel, liquid soap

Temperatures:
- Drink fridge was 3.2C during inspection
- Prep fridge (cheese shredded) was probed for an internal temperature of 3.6C
- Walk-in fridge (diced tomatoes) was probed & measured 2.2C internally
- Freezer was below -18C, food products solid to touch
- Upright fridge was below 4C
- Thermometers were present in all fridges & freezers
- Hot holding ___ pizza slices was probed at 61.2C

General sanitation & Maintenance:
- 3-compartment sink, plugs, & bleach sanitizer available
~ Bleach concentration measured at 200ppm
- Sanitizer in bucket (bleach) available & measured at 200ppm
- Ventilation hood maintained in good order; However is overdue for service
* Ensure to service ventilation hood promptly
- General sanitation & cleanliness adequate
- No signs of pests during inspection

- Permit is posted conspicuously with an up-to-date decal
