General observations:
Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less. Small drink cooler in the kitchen was 15 degrees Celsius, but it is not used for storing any potential hazardous foods.
Freezers were below -18 degrees Celsius.
Coolers and freezers equipped with thermometers.
Food storage practices are good.
Storage areas are organized.
Food handler hygiene is good.
Liquid soap provided at kitchen hand sink. Bar hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sinks equipped with hot and cold running water.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
High temperature dishwasher reached a final rinse temperature of at least 77 degrees Celsius as per thermal label.
No signs of pests.
