Follow up to Rpt #236503. Permit fee paid at time of inspection ($187.50 cheque #001936) for July 2019 to March 2020. Updated copy of floor plans has been submitted.
-Dump tray is in place for bar glasswasher.
-Splash guard installed at bar hand sink to prevent splashing into blender area.
-Sink located between prep coolers is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap & paper towels in dispenser. This sink is to be designated for the purposes of hand washing only.
-A new hand sink has been installed in place of the previous hand sink in back kitchen area. Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in dispensers.
-Both prep coolers at 2C to 3C.
-Shelving noted on previous report has been removed and/or installed.
-Mop sink and chemical storage fully enclosed and separate from food.
-Storage rack in place for employee's personal items and clothing.
-Vinyl coated ceiling tiles in place throughout kitchen.
-Large/damaged pots noted on previous report not observed on the premises.
