1. Damaged equipment has been repaired and/or replaced.
2. New grill coolers installed and able to hold temperatures at or below 4C. Bar fridge is now repaired and is at 4C or below.
3. General sanitation in noted areas has improved. Ongoing cleaning and pest prevention will continue as per cleaning schedule.
