Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - C47UQJ: 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use. Reminder to store wiping cloths in this solution when not in use. Hand wash station hot/cold water available. Liquid soap and paper towels provided. Note: place paper towels into a holder. Food containers covered in the walk in cooler and under counter section of the preparation cooler. Exhaust canopy cleaned. Follow your sanitation plan and clean the exhaust canopy of a regular basis. Discussed with operator to send additional staff to take FOODSAFE level 1. Future non compliance may result in the issuance of a violation ticket.
