* Ensure that there is no gap between the ceiling tiles and the wood panel above the walk-in cooler and freezers. Recommended replacing these
ceiling tiles with wider tiles.
* The manager must renew her FOODSAFE 1 certification by January 31.
* Ensure to monitor and record all equipment temps, dishwasher chlorine and quats sanitizer concentration at least once a day.
