-Follow-up inspection to September 13, 2022. -Bleach sanitizer spray bottle and container were tested at 200ppm. Bleach was readily available for use in each food preparation area. -Back door was kept closed at the time of inspection. Pest activity has decreased significantly. Minor pest activity noted in the kitchen. Continue to monitor for pest activity and implement corrective actions as needed. -General cleaning has been carried out in the facility. Ensure to maintain the facility is a clean and sanitary condition to prevent further pest issues. -Cardboard has been removed from the shelving units. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
