Observation: Fridge #2 storing whole potatoes, commercially made sauces was measured at 10.4C. Operator informed that the breaker unit caused the temperature to raise about an hour ago, but should return to <4C shortly.
Corrective Action(s): Monitor the temperature and do not place any perishable potentially hazardous food in the fridge until you can verify the temperature is <4C.

Hot holding unit being preheated at time of inspection; food is usually turned over every 10-15 minutes as they come out in batches
Observed proper food handling when preparing quiches today
Thermometer available to determine cooking temperatures, ensure to sanitize between uses
Dishwasher (high temp): 72.9C at plate, thermo-label fell off plate
Quats sanitizer @ 200ppm
Meat slicer appears to be maintained in sanitary condition
No apparent signs of pest noted at time of inspection, back screen door in use

Coffee bar:
Handwashing station: soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water available

Pop fridge: 2C
Muffin and bars are prepared from main kitchen, adequate food storage
Overall sanitation is good
