Well maintained & operated. Sanitation is very good. Refrigeration measures 4 C. Freezer temperature measure < -18 C. Dishwasher final rinse residual measures 50 ppm Cl. Glass washer is not in use. Wiping cloth sanitizer and spray sanitizer measure 200 ppm Cl. No recommendations.
