Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
The high temperature dishwasher reached 74 C at the plate level.
Temperature records were up to date.
The ice machines were clean.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm in the 3-compartment sink and in the sanitizer buckets.
No evidence of pests. Pest control report reviewed during the inspection.
Herb, garlic and jalapeno pastries are held at room temperature for 8 hours, as per the updated Food Safety Plan.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
