Routine inspection:

Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
100ppm bleach sanitizer solution prepared and available for use. Reminder to store all wiping cloths in this solution when not in use.
Dishwasher registers 71 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
Walk in cooler at 3-4 degrees C.
Preparation cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C. Reminder to bring out only small quantities of yogurt for room temperature storage during busy times. Any yogurt remaining after 2 hours must be discarded.
Hot holding at or above 60 degrees C.
Under the counter cooler at 3 degrees C.
Under the counter freezer at or below -18 degrees C.
Front area hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
