Observation:
- High temperature dishwasher not reaching 71C or above at plate level during the final rinse. After 5 runs, the maximum plate level temperature reached as 68.5C.
Corrective Action(s):
- Staff stated that the temperature has been fluctuating a lot and the dishwasher is not being used at the moment. Repair the dishwasher and ensure the final rinse water can reach 82C or above and 71C or above at plate level. 3 compartment sink in use for manual dishwashing meanwhile.

- Manual dishwashing method using 3 compartment sink in practice.
- Overall sanitation maintained.
- No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.

*The food handler training course which the existing staff took is not accepted as BC Foodsafe level 1 accepted course. Ensure to take the food handlers training course that is equivalent to BC Foodsafe level 1. Contact the inspector for the list of equivalent courses.
