Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wiping cloths stored on shelving in back storage area. Ensure all wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution (ie quaternary ammonium at 200 ppm) between uses to prevent cross contamination of surfaces.

Observation: There was a gap along the weather stripping of the back receiving door that may allow the entrance of pests. Repair / replace weather stripping of the back receiving door to prevent the potential entry of pests.

Hand sinks equipped with liquid soap and paper towel
All cooling units were 4 C / 40 F or colder
Sanitizer (quaternary ammonium) was at 200 ppm in spray bottles at the dispenser and in buckets used to store wiping cloths.
Note: Ensure all wiping cloths stored in sanitizer between use
Pest control i place, no evidence of pest activity during the time of the inspection.
All food items were covered, dated and stored off the floor.
Permit was posted in a prominent location
Monitoring records (temperature and sanitation) were available and up to date.
Employee onsite was Foodsafe level 1 certified
Washroom facility was maintained in a sanitary condition and the hand sink was equipped with liquid soap and paper towel
Employees were wearing proper attire and adequate hair control
Employees washed their hands at an adequate frequency and prior to handling food
Overall maintained in a sanitary condition
