Observation: - Rodent droppings were found in upstairs storage areas.
- Significant number of flies noted inside facility.
Corrective Action(s): - Deep clean and sanitize all areas.

- Contact pest control company to have UV fly lights installed.
- Keep doors to facility closed at all times.

- Walls by stairs and under stairs are mouldy.

- Staff stated mouldy areas are scheduled to be repainted.

Comments

- Hand sinks were adequately supplied with liquid soap and paper towels
- Walk-in cooler measured at 4C
- Freezer measured at -20C
- Equipment in main production area maintained in sanitary conditions. *Attention required for deep cleaning of floors in corners as well as deep frying areas.
- Operator has been emailing pest control reports to health inspector for bi-monthly services. Please continue with bi-monthly services, with the addition of servicing for flies. Continue emailing reports to Ying.Tan3@fraserhealth.ca
