General Comments:
Storage locker on 2nd floor: Chest freezer temperature is -22 degC; Upright Danby freezer temperature is -19 degC; fridge is 4 degC
All coolers are at or below 4degC; freezers were below -18 degC
One of the display coolers is not refrigerated. Only non-PHF's stored in this cooler.
Operator has FS Level 1 certification (Expiry: July 7, 2023). Reminder to renew your FS level 1 certificate before the Expiry date.
Dishwasher rinse temperature was 71 degC at plate level.
There were no soups available at the time of the inspection.
