A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-C5RT6U and the following observations were made:
- Hot holding unit is equipped with a timer set to 45 min to facilitate proper monitoring of the pizza slices in hot holding
- Rubber seal on the right door of the stand up freezer has been replaced with a new seal
- All violations were resolved
