Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A container with Quat sanitizer at the three compartment sink is empty.
Front & kitchen surface sanitizer - unavailable at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Replace the container with Quat sanitizer. Provide the surface sanitizer for the kitchen and front.
All equipment and utensils must be properly sanitized.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No soap at the kitchen & front handwashing sinks.
No paper towel at the hand washing sink in the staff washroom.

Observation: A bag with beverage syrup (without a card board box) which connected to the pop maker is on the floor.
Several prepackaged ice cream stored on top of glass cups in the front freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Put the bag with syrup on the storage shelf that provided.
Food and utensils storage must be separated.

Observation: Fruit flies in the dirty prep. sink (a ketchup debris).

Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Wash and sanitize the prep. sink. Put a cup of bleach in a drainage (sink is out of the service).

Hand-washing stations (kitchen and front) supplied with cold/hot running water,and paper towels.
Coolers (kitchen, walk in/basement) < or = to 4 C;
Walk-in freezer (the basement) - satisfactory (organized; food off the floor; & clean);
Hot holding units > 60 C;
High temperature dishwasher (mug washer) achieved 71 C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.

Note: The sink in the corner across the three compartment sink is out of service (no hot/cold running water).
