Observation: * The large freezer in dishwashing area has deteriorated and seal has broken along with the handle; operator was told to replace in the past inspection as it was deteriorating already then

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Some chemicals were being stored improperly on food cart-- staff reminded to keep all chemicals stored away from food/food equipment; also, grout powder was found stored on food equipment-- which is unsafe too

Observation: * Shelving in bar area has deteriorated and requires upgrade/repair as it is no longer food grade; also, some shelving in kitchen also deteriorated near back door area(food storage shelving)-- operator to upgrade this shelving to food grade types
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all shelving food grade and free of deterioration so that it is in proper working order and easy to clean
