Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # ANAN-CPGSRR of Feb-28-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Dishwasher rinse only reached 68 degC at plate level after 4 tries. Correction: Dishwasher rinse temperature must reach at least 71 degC at the plate level. Get it serviced. Until then, wash dishes as instructed.
