GENERAL COMMENTS: Handsink's fully equipped QUATS sanitizing solution is at 200 ppm. Coolers are below 4 degC Freezer in the storage room is at -21 degrees Celsius Milk is no longer provided in carafes for customers. Staff dispense milk/cream when requested. Temperature log is being maintained Water filters were changed recently. They're meant to be changed quarterly (every 3 months). Staff on duty has FS Level 1 equivalent certification *report reviewed, not signed*
