Premise renovation completed as per approved floor plan to sever #2211 from current business operation and reduce seating capacity.
Prior to issuance of Permit to Operate the following items require correction:

- remove paint, screws, caulking gun
- clean bar cooler shelves
-repair 2 comp. sink leak
- obtain new Iodine test strips
wheelchair washroom
- refill soap dispenser

-discard all melted/cracked plastic strainer baskets
-clean wire shelving units in dishwashing area, in walkin coolers and freezer units
- sandwich prep cooler - turn on to 4 deg. C or colder
- kitchen read undercounter cooler 6 deg. C, adjust to 4 deg. C or colder
