Not in operation at the time of inspection. - Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - Coolers are ≤ 4°C, freezers are ≤ -18°C - Three compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing. Manual dishwashing procedures are adequate. - 100 ppm bleach sanitizer is available at three compartment sink - 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available in spray bottle - Dry storage areas are maintained - No signs of pests observed - Premises are well lit Note: - Dipper well has been installed and drains into the basin of the hand washing station.
