Dairy dispenser 4 C

Cabinet below front handsink repaired. Moisture damaged materials removed.

Premise cleaning conducted. Ensure cleaning is conducted daily to maintain premise sanitation and discourage pest activity.

Dishwashing plumbing leak has been repaired, moisture build-up on floor no longer present.

Food utensils stored in a sanitary manner in clean containers.

Premise back door kept closed.

Dishwashing sinks area clean. Build-up of soiled dishware / utensils not observed.
