Observation:
- Cockroaches observed on sticky traps. More numbers observed near the pipes below handsink.
Corrective Action(s):
- Cockroaches are ongoing issue at the premises. Operator replaces glue board everyday. More thorough cleaning should be done to remove food sources for cockroaches. Ensure strata pest control company conducts re-baiting. Remove all debris on the floor, especially by the corners and gaps (between wall and pipes), clean & sanitize.

- Handsinks are fully equipped.
- All coolers at 4C or below.
- Freezers at -12C to - 15C.
- Bleach available for manual dishwashing method. Bleach sanitizer observed in the 2nd sink- good.
- Bleach sanitizer available in buckets - measured at 200ppm.
- Operator foodsafe level 1 certificate valid.

Underground storage to be checked during the follow up inspection.
Ensure deep cleaning gets done. No food/grease debris to be left overnight.
