Staff washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
100ppm bleach available for use in labeled spray bottle.
3 compartment sink setup for manual warewashing.
Pest control services in place. No evidence of pest activity at time of inspection.
*Minor cleaning required inside the two chest freezers and door gaskets for the preparation cooler.*
Walk in cooler at 2 degrees C.
Sliding glass door cooler at 4 degrees C.
Preparation cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C.
