-Follow-up inspection to November 21, 2018. -Pasta cooler has been serviced and was at 4C. Staff stated that the cooler no longer turns off by itself. -Right side prep cooler is currently being serviced by a technician. Potentially hazardous foods are being stored on ice and were probed at 4C. Ensure temperature of food is checked on a regular basis and ice is replaced as needed to maintain foods at 4C. -2-compartment sink has been serviced and is no longer leaking water. There is still water accumulating under the service area ice well. -General cleaning has been carried out to facility. Ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
