Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed several trays of raw fish uncovered in the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Cover all raw fish to prevent possible cross-contamination.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Handwashing sink near the front entrance observed to have leaky p-trap. Handwashing sink near the back entrance observed to have leaky faucet. Operator had a plumber in last week. Operator informed that servicing the handwashing sinks depends on whether the plumber can order the parts within the week for servicing.

Light in the walk-in freezer observed to be deem. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION.
Corrective Action(s): Service all handwashing sink to prevent leaky pipes and faucet. Corrected by: December 9, 2022. If plumber cannot service by December 9, 2022. Ensure invoice of parts order can be presented to inspector on December 9, 2022.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink next to the high-temperature dishwasher well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Two 2-compartment sinks available for ware washing and food preparation. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 75.6C final rinse temperature.
No pest observed.
Underneath the deep fryer and exhaust hood vent satisfactory. Operator informed that deep cleaning underneath the deep fryer equipment are cleaned and sanitized weekly. Exhaust hood vent are cleaned and sanitized monthly.
