All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Ensure that temperature records are kept every day.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm
Dishwasher final rinse cycle had 50 ppm chlorine.
Iodine glasswasher had 12.5 ppm Iodine. Ensure that the correct test strips are purchased (currently chlorine test strips available at the front)
No evidence of pests, pest control reports reviewed during the inspection.
