302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer appears to be coming from dispenser at less than 200 ppm (approximately 100 ppm measured). Container and spray bottle of sanitizer were both measured at this concentration as well. Corrective Action(s): Quats was prepared manually and measured at 200 ppm. Ensure quats is manually prepared at this same dilution for a 200 ppm quats sanitizing solution. Violation Score: 5

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Quats is being dispensed at less than 200 ppm from wall mounted dispenser (approximately 100 ppm) at time of inspection. Corrective Action(s): Ensure dispsenser is capable of dispensing quats at 200 ppm (or higher according to manufacturer's directions). Have dispenser adjusted as needed to meet this requirement. In the interim, ensure quats are being prepared manually at 200 ppm and tested each time using the test strips on site. Date to be corrected by: November 20, 2019. Violation Score: 3

Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-BHPUE4 Both hand washing sinks are unobstructed/accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Quats test strips that are within expiry are now available on site.
