Observation: Box of open lemons are still stored under triple sink. Produce used for juicing are stored by cashier which has no wall or coverage for fruits stored in this area.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Obtain a food grade container to store lemons to keep food protected from contamination. 2) Install a sneeze guard to protect produce used for juicing from contamination. Manager shall make room to place these produce in the drop in ice bin for now. To verify that adequate food containers and sneeze guard to be in place by follow up inspection.

Observation: Water dripping from faucet of mop sink. Mop bucket stored here and fruit flies noted.
Corrective Action(s): Please tighten the parts/repair so that water does not drip. Complete by follow up inspection.

Floor cleaner dispenser tube has been repaired so that water does not splash when turned on.
*Ensure to store the floor cleaner tube in the mop sink so that any water residue does not pool on the floor but into the mop sink drain.
*Empty dirty mop water after use as fruit flies are noted to be lingering around mop bucket. Manager emptied at time of inspection.
Sanitizer dispenser was also replaced and is operational.
Full ice is added to carrots and celery however a sneeze guard is required in this front area. Please refer to comment on code 209.
Manager is unable to locate Sanitation Plan at time of inspection and pest control reports are sent to Head Office.
Please forward the Sanitation Plan for juicer and past pest control reports (July and Aug 2018) to undersign for review.
For the time being, take apart the juicer and clean and sanitize every 4 hours.
