Ice machine observed with mould build up.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff are properly trained on how to properly disassemble, clean, santiize and maintain the meat slicer.

Wire rack shelving inside walk in cooler observed with food debris affixed to surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Remove top cover to allow better access to clean and sanitize to surfaces.
Clean underside of shelving above grill on regular basis to prevent grease build up.
