Warmers are maintaining meats, beans and rice at 60 degrees C or hotter.
Liquid soap and paper towel at handsink. Note: Paper towel dispenser is no longer mounted directly above tortilla warmer.
sanitizer in three comp sink and in wiping cloth bucket measured 200 PPM residuals.
General sanitation overall good.
No sign of pests during inspection.
