Correction: Ensure appropriate paper towels are purchased for the wall-mount dispensing units. No paper towels should be floating on counters. .

Follow up inspection conducted. Corrective actions completed: - Edges of floor where mouse droppings were observed have been cleaned and disinfected.*See note below - Mouse traps have been placed for monitoring and control. - Quats sanitizer (200ppm) present in labelled spray bottle and in container with in use wiping cloth - Foodsafe requirement in compliance at time of inspection *To be addressed: - Some mouse droppings were remaining on floor near utility sink (back storage area) and under shelving. Clean up remaining droppings and sanitize areas. - Keep floors clear to allow for monitoring for any further rodent activity. If any additional droppings are noted, clean up promptly and notify Pest Control Technician for control measures to be applied.
