Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Buckets of cut green vegetables were placed at the room temperature on the shelf for 1 hour.
Corrective Action(s): Correction: Relocate vegetables into the cooler. Small portion of vegetables can be placed at room temperature for maximum 2 hours. discard after 2 hours.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer in the sanitizer buckets (2 of them)
Corrective Action(s): Correction: Prepared 100 ppm bleach solution in the bucket. Wiping cloths are stored in the bucket when not in use.

Observation: (A) Algae growth and mold growth found in the fish tank.
(B) Found several open cans with food inside.
(C) A pot of oil was found on the ground.
Corrective Action(s): (A) Correction: Clean up the fish tank to prevent algae and mold contamination. Make sure you clean up fish tank at least twice a month.
Correction date: 1 week.
(B) Correction: Immediately transfer food to food grade container after the can is open.

(C) Correction: Relocate the pot onto the shelf. Food product must be stored 6" above the ground for the purpose of cleaning and pest monitoring.

Comments:
-Dishwasher 50 ppm bleach residual. Make sure test strip is used to test for bleach residual every day in the morning after the first rinse cycle. Create a log for dishwasher and keep record daily.
-All coolers are 4 deg. C or less.
-All freezers are -14 deg. C or less
-Hot holding soup: 70 deg. C.
-No obvious pest activity observed
-Handwash station stocked with paper towel, liquid soup and hot/cold water.
