-Follow-up inspection to Jun 27, 2022 - Public Health Act Closure Order was issued regarding pest infestation.
-Facility has been serviced by a professional pest control operator. Pest control operator discovered a cockroach nest and treated the kitchen. Potential entry points have also been sealed regarding rodent infestation. Facility will be serviced monthly by pest control operator. Monitoring stations and bait stations will be installed as needed.
-General cleaning of facility has been carried out. Operator has developed a plan to increase cleaning frequency and to maintain the facility in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
-Walk-in cooler and upright cooler were serviced and cleaned. Walk-in cooler was at 2C and upright cooler was at 4C. Ensure staff are monitoring temperatures on a daily basis and contact service technician as needed.
-Operator to address with staff the need to move potentially hazardous food deliveries to the cooler/freezer immediately.
-Conditions of the Public Health Act Closure Order issued Jun 27, 2022 have been met. Closure Order has been rescinded and facility may resume operations.
