1) Cockroaches noted in sticky trap behind freezer
2) Rodent droppings noted in back storage area

4) New pest technician may be required; current pest technician has been placing rodent bait (no bait box) in facility. No poisons are permitted in a facility.

Comments

General:
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured 200ppm quats in spray bottle
> put wiping cloths in sanitizer solution when not in use
- dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine at final rinse cycle
- staff noted that new cooling wands required - old ones are broken

Temperatures
- drinks cooler: 5C (no potentially hazardous foods)
- prep cooler: 3C
- upright white freezer: -7C*
- walk-in cooler: 3C
- walk-in freezer: -22C

Note: two door cooler is broken; no foods inside. Staff state replacement is on its way

* Unit has not been replaced since last inspection. Defrost required to reach -18C
