Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glasswasher sanitizing rinse measured 0 ppm chlorine. Sanitizer jug replaced during inspection and measured 50 ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Continue to monitor sanitizer concentration for glasswasher and record sanitizer residual in daily logs.
