2) Tacks found on one shelf to affix shelf liner to shelf. Tacks found on shelf storing sugar and flour
3) Chopped vegetables stored without lids inside walk in cooler unit
4) Personal items found in food preparation areas throughout. (Purses and coats found stored on bags of rice)

Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure coolers are organized in such a way that raw eggs and raw meat are stored below ready to eat food items.
2) Remove tacks as they can easily pop off and fall into food tubs. Tacks pose a risk to customers
3) Ensure lids are on all food items in walk in cooler unit
4) Store all coats, purses, shoes, etc. outside of food preparation areas. Allocate designated area (i.e. cupboard or washroom) for personal items

- Dishwasher achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 72 (73.3) Degrees Celsius at the dish
- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm - EXCELLENT WORK!! - CONTINUE THIS PRACTICE
