A follow-up inspection was completed, the following observations were made:
- Interior surface of ice machine was clean. The exhaust canopy filters were clean.
- The spray nozzle was replaced with a sealed, durable and food grade nozzle. No tape or elastic bands holding the nozzle on.
- The appetizers found in the waitress area (pickled onions, kimchi, hot sauce, and shrimp sauce) were stored in ice. Temperature was 4C. The hot fish cake appetizer was made in an amount to be used within 2 hours.
- The wood shelf was painted white.
- All damaged food containers were thrown away. Inspect all food containers, lids, and utensils on a regular basis and throw away any cracked, chipped or melted items.
- All violations have been corrected.
- Discussed inspection results with the staff, no signature obtained. |
