Met with store Manager, Heather, and she confirmed that at least one person per shift has a Food Safe Basic training.

- Daily temperature logs are available on site and kept up to date
- It is very busy store ( event at 2pm ) but very organized and very well maintained
- High temperature dishwasher reached 84C at the final rinse ( new dishwasher )
- Quat as approved sanitizer/test strip are available/ measured at 200ppm
- Abell is still certified pest control company/ last inspection report confirmed no activities/
- Garbage area is self contained/enclosed and very well maintained.


- Cold brewing coffee is available on site/ for summer season/ and the shelf life is 5 days in the cooler. The brewing process is 20 hours long and it is happening on the room temperature. Bach is labelled and dated.It is done always once/day.
