Follow up inspection. Infractions corrected:

-Back kitchen hand sink has been reinstalled as per approved plans with liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water.
-Three compartment sink in use. 400 ppm QUAT sanitizer detected at dispenser for sanitizing step.
-Meat cutting station 200 ppm bleach spray bottle in use. Bottle is labeled good.
-Front display cooler with raw protein at 4C and below.
-Cleaning in noted areas such as under microwave completed.
-Walk in cooler, no cans of open food observed. All foods in food grade containers with covers.

Items still requiring attention:
-Repair required under hand sink where there is a hole in dry wall. The whole will build up food debris and cause sanitation and pest issues.
-The removed hand sink sanitary line needs to be properly capped to prevent backflow and contamination issues located under the fumehood.

Pending item:
-Removed dishwasher under review by EHO.
Requirement of dishwasher in this permitted facility will be discussed with owner based on the compliance to health requirements.
