Observation: Processed fruits and vegetables, and packages labelled "keep refrigerated" were stored in the malfunctioning display cooler. Temperatures ranged from 7-15C.
Corrective Action(s): Move all processed fruits and vegetables into the back walk-in cooler. If you wish to use this cooler to display processed fruits and vegetables, it must be discarded after 2 hours. Manager stated that the display cooler is to be completely replaced next week.
