All hand wash stations were fully equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water (front service area, back storage area, customer washrooms) All coolers (undercounter x4 in front, upright 1 door x2 in back) 4C or less; Freezers -14C and -18C (both in the back) Good general sanitation. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Premises has contract with Abell pest control. Pest control company comes in once a week. Dry storage area well maintained. Ice machine appeared clean with scoop stored outside of the ice in a separate container. Quat sanitizer at source and in container with cloths submerged 200ppm. Test strips available. High temperature dish washer achieved 71C (with thermolabel).
