Paper based inspection Report #F233395: Renovations completed as per approved plans. All finishes were done as per health code. Hand sinks equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm. All coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Accurate thermometers available. All freezers were at or below -18 deg C. High temp. dishwasher reached 74 deg C. More storage space created in the back. Temperature log book available. Manager and other staff have valid Food Safe 1 certification. All counter to ps and equipment (ice machine) to be cleaned thoroughly prior to re-opening on Dec. 12, 2018. APPROVAL TO RE-OPEN GRANTED.
