Comments

Some parts of the kitchen has been cleaned. Staff said they are working on one area at a time. Walk in cooler fan grill, outer surface has been wiped down. When technician service the cooler please have them take off the fan grill and give it a good wash to remove all the dust. Ventilation hood panels taken down to be scrubbed down. Please refer to previous inspection report for detailed list of area that needs to be cleaned. Please always maintain good sanitation and routinely keep up with cleaning.
