-General sanitation is satisfactory.
-All hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-All coolers (stand up, under counter) at <=4C
-All freezers at <=-18C.
-Thermometers available for coolers and freezers.
-High temperature dishwasher reached 75.5C at the plate level during final rinse.
-Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
-200 ppm quat sanitizer available in buckets with wiping cloths.
-Good staff hand hygiene observed
-Ice machine is clean. Ice scoop stored in separate bucket.
-Dry storage is organized.
-No signs of pests observed during inspection
