Follow up inspection completed. Corrective actions completed:
- Shelving in server area where mouse droppings were noted has been cleaned to sanitized. Shelving has been kept clear to allow for monitoring. No additional rodent activity noted in this area.
- Cardboard was removed from bar walk-in cooler and shelving has been sealed/painted. Surface is now smooth and washable.
- Ceiling of walk-in cooler has been cleaned.
- Exterior of dry goods bins have been cleaned to remove residue.

Ongoing action required:
- Residue/spills, bottle caps and an empty can noted under glasswasher in bar area. Assistant Mgr reported area was cleaned since previous inspection. Ensure this area is cleaned daily to eliminate any potential attractants of food sources for pests

- Continue to maintain a high level of sanitation and regular pest control service. Ensure pest control service reports are reviewed and recommendations of pest control technician are completed.
Note: Hole in wall behind glasswasher and hole in wall in storage area (across from bar) have been addressed since previous inspection.
